So now I am a little concerned that after we were all told 60 months bumper to bumper warranty with maintenance included.

looking at the published warranty we all have a 24 month warranty bumper 2 bumper.

they are claiming that the publication was
Document Number: C1810ASD0034.01 (July 2011)

was anyone ever given this publication when buying their karma?

That is parts and accessories (i.e. roof rack) not the bumper to bumper car warranty.

And here is the relevant text from the document (emphasis added):

Fisker warrants that every new or remanufactured part (assembly or component) that is manufactured or distributed by Fisker and not originally factory-installed in a new Fisker vehicle, will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for twenty four (24) months from the date of installation or purchase, whichever is earlier, regardless of mileage,
