Ha ha, i wish he would just get the Emotion ready for CES and stop trying to emulate P. T. Barnum - creating hype and not delivering only works for Circus ;-)

Canít blame the guy for staying in touch with his fans. I agree that this is a long shot project. Toyota has been spending vast amounts of money on this and still has no production solid state HV Battery. Maybe Henrik can do better.

yeah I agree, but his credibility after a while will be no better than Nunzio La Vecchia - http://nanoflowcell.com/ .

I say build the e-motion with current technology with "battery frame" that can be upgraded - Get investors and put the car out that in the market to build a base and when you have a new battery prototype based on your patent, then announce. Building a credible following will provide a recurring revenue stream. Hype on the other hand build expectation, but when not delivered, build disappointment and negative feelings.

That is what they are doing. They said they would still release the initial car with Lithium Ion in 2019, but they are preparing for the next generation with the solid-state development for 2023 (or beyond)

I plan to go to CES to witness the emotion in person. I bought the Karma sight unseen with hype and promise.

I'm interested in the emotion, but plan to be involved this time around before I put ANY money down. I think Herink is a GREAT DESIGNER and a good man, I want to make sure he gets good input this time around.

Trust me, he got plenty of good input last time around, and this time as well.

I'm sure he did , but the bankruptcy tells another story. Lets hope this time it's different. I'm a fan, but will vote with my dollars -- I'm sure others will do the same.

Default Solid State Battery Electric cars could have over 600 mile range in 2020-2024

Here's an article on Solid State Batteries that has a reference to Henrik Fisker.
