@Brent: The part that feels like a scam is that the ebay seller fronting the auction has had a grand total of 6 Ebay rating points and his prior transactions have involved something called a "floral tankini" and Juicy Couture jean shorts for amounts around $20. This is not the guy you would expect buying and flipping two cars for $200K each. I have actually bought and sold cars on Ebay and you are generally looking for either a dealer, or at least someone who has had more presence than this seller.
The really terrible auction description and the poorly lit photos don't exactly help bolster confidence. Finally, the whole charitable donation angle is red flag for me.
