Hi HybridFanatic,

My VIN was: YH4K14AA2CA001353. I only had limp mode once, and that was the week after my upgrade to 535. I didn't need to reboot, I just turned the car off until the PRDN lights went off. Started right back up and it never happened again. Hope this helps.

Soft reset!🤔 yeah that usually fix it for stealth mode. The MIL/CEL light just went off after 3 soft resets. But whenever I put it in sport after about 400 to 500 miles limp mode(usually after I leave fiskerATL). I will take it back to fisker Atlanta. Hopefully they can finally fix it for good. I'm on 535 if I'm not wrong I will upload a picture of my CIU in a little bit. To be sure

Just an update on the BM trouble U i8 if you are thinking of getting one.

My i8 has been in the shop for over a month now. The car hesitates on turns when in electric mode. It's pretty dangerous if you are turning into traffic. It seems to be a common problem so most owners don't use eMode. BMW flew in an expert and decided yesterday to replace the electric motor(s). I don't think the mechanic doing the work has ever performed this procedure before. Fingers crossed on that one. Thank goodness for warranties.

Finally got my BMW i8 back last week. Replacing the electric motor did not fix the problem. The loss of power on turns from a stop in electric mode is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I miss my Fisker.
