Looks like someone in Texas took delivery of an actual car and is looking to flip it on eBay:

Ive seen this ad before, on Craigslist I think. Probably the same guy if not a scam. Chances are no one is going to pay that premium.

Lots of errors in the post, to the point of being fraudulent, IMHO, I am reporting it to eBay.
Lists the car has having a 6-Cylinders and 0 mileage, both of which are incorrect, obviously the car will have at least 1-5 miles on it from testing.
Further down, it claims to have won Top Gear car of the year, when it was Luxury Car of the Year. Big difference, IMHO. It also claims an estimated 85 mpg, which is clearly misleading considering EPA figures are available. Obviously a picture of the Monroney sticker would be most helpful and is not included.
Of course, most anyone interesting in a Fisker Karma will know most of this, but still it is the thought that counts.

In the photos it appears that car has the black surround on the grill rather than the chrome. I wonder if that's standard with some colors. The white dealer demo in Dallas is like that too.

I do see a chrome edge around the gril, just like on all other colors. Maybe it simply doesn't stick out as much because of the light (white) background.

Now there is a second Karma on Ebay, different VIN but same seller as the white one and is now claiming to donate 5% of the proceeds (under a tiered formula) to the Michael J. Fox Parkinsons Foundation. The white on is also still up but has the same charity angle also. These have to be a scam. There is no one sitting on a single "spare" Karmas right now, let alone two of them. And the small-time Ebay member fronting the sale does not exactly inspire confidence.

There apparently is a guy from Carrollton, Texas who ordered a Karma years ago. And, somehow have ended up receiving 2 early ones. I almost have a feeling that aside from the Signature Edition cars, the customers that were most vocal/pissed during the wait over the last 4 years, are getting cars first. Maybe not the best cars, but cars anyway. I think they came on the first truck to Frank Kent Fisker in Ft.Worth (first truck of customer cars. There were 3 on that one. Mine came on a truck 3 days or so later). So, he's sitting on two and is trying to sell one of the two. One is black and one is white. When I took delivery of mine, both of his were sitting at the dealership.

Looks like we are not the only ones who think this may be some sort of scam. Greencarreports.com is trying to get in touch with the seller to see if it is for real. The whole charitable donation angle makes it very very suspicious to me.

I doubt it's a scam, but I'd be surprised if this guy actually owns these cars or just has a relationship with the dealer to flip them on consignment. Everybody wins- the dealership sells cars, this guy and eBay make a profit, the charity gets some money, and someone with more dollars than patience gets a Karma without waiting.

Interestingly, at least the white one is an EcoSport according to the pictures. The Black one you can't tell, but some of the pictures are clearly stock photos and not the actual car too.

@Brent: The part that feels like a scam is that the ebay seller fronting the auction has had a grand total of 6 Ebay rating points and his prior transactions have involved something called a "floral tankini" and Juicy Couture jean shorts for amounts around $20. This is not the guy you would expect buying and flipping two cars for $200K each. I have actually bought and sold cars on Ebay and you are generally looking for either a dealer, or at least someone who has had more presence than this seller.

The really terrible auction description and the poorly lit photos don't exactly help bolster confidence. Finally, the whole charitable donation angle is red flag for me.
