Well, some of the Signature Edition cars like mine, has all the updates. I have the green circles on my motors, new RDM (and motors at 7500 miles), upgraded HVAC, no battery issues after the initial recall, and over 25K miles where it was all sorted out. I would say if you find a car that has these upgrades, you would be better off than buying a high VIN car with low miles.
