The same charging unit is available from Home Depot for $750:
Installation varies ... if you have an electric dryer plug ready to go at the point of installation, it should be as cheap as whoever your cheapest electrician is.
(Or you could just do it yourself.) If they have to run a circuit all the way to your subpanel it's going to be a lot more.
