I had originally posted about my ClipperCreek charger dying in October, and complained that ClipperCreek had not replied to my email. I can't reply to the original thread, though, so I guess it's too old:
Today, though, I discovered that they DID reply, literally a few hours after I had emailed them! But my system had filtered their reply to another folder, so I totally missed it until stumbling across it by accident today.
So it turns out that I was completely mistaken, their response was scary fast and helpful!
