Default 6th day of Fisker ownership

Hi everyone. Really really enjoying my ownership experience so far. I bought mine with a lot of unknowns and have been trying to learn as much as I can when I have time.

It's an Eco Sport with just under 60,000 miles with the very cool blue-ish gray metallic paint. Huge pieces of metal flake in the paint which i've never seen before. For sure, its the coolest car I've ever had. And I've gone through a lot of cars.

I bought it from a dealership called "Right Cars Auto Sales" out of Sacramento through an auction. Perhaps the owner is still on here and could enlighten me on it's history. The car and I live in Portland Oregon now.

Looks like it has the the Power Source drive mode mod. As it has 4 drive modes. I'm somewhat suspicious that it may have their battery in it as well because when fully charged it shows 50 miles of range. And it seems to actually achieve that range if driven gently. Not sure if that is a good indicator or not. But I'm not sure how else I can tell.

Hoping to learn on here and hopefully make some contributions as well. Perhaps there are other Fisker owners in the Portland area. I've yet to see one besides mine in all the years I've lived here.

Cheers,

Weston

After looking around I see my previous statement about maybe having the power source battery mod was ill informed. They seem to still be in beta testing. Silly me.

Congratulations? What are the last four digits of your VIN? That's the easiest way to tell if any of us recognize the car.

Your car has been around these parts before:

Not a whole lot of info though, and the original poster hasn't been around in a while.

Does this VIN ring a bell for anyone else?

VIN 0848 was manufactured on 11/30/11. It was subsequently sold by Fisker Silicon Valley. The vehicle was on the recall list for HV battery replacement, but I couldn't find a record of that being done. I suggest you bring the car to Pat's Garage in SF for a health checkup.
