Wow, I called it, down to the specific failure:

A non-certified used Karma may work just fine for years, or may experience a catastrophic RDM failure a few days after you drive it off the lot. We have seen both of these scenarios on this forum, by the way.

I will be flying to Philly this weekend to purchase a CPO (Certified Previously Owned) (with 2 year warranty) Fisker Karma from Joe!
When I saw my first Fisker at my local BMW dealer, I thought it was the one of the best looking cars that I have ever seen and I wanted one. This one was sold.
I looked at another Fisker at a Classic Car shop about an hour away and drove it and confirmed that I really did want one.
I did about 3-4 weeks of heavy research on the internet including this forum! Then after several emails and conversations with Joe, I became comfortable enough with the purchase idea, including the CPO and warranty that I asked Joe for all the data I could get from him on his car(s) for my review.
I will be buying one this coming Monday! Thanks to all on this forum for your help! Any further comments are welcome since I will be a very excited rookie owner!

Congrats -- As you drive off the lot, think about artful aspects of what you saw when you got in. But Wait! The pleasure will continue in the cockpit as you see those lines in front of you over the wheel wells and curves from your rear-view mirror; It will bring a smile to your face - it does for me !

i purchased Fisker Karma EcoSedan Signature Car #13 !!! It was delivered last night!!
It is a beautiful Silver Mirage exterior with Mohave TriTone interior, very low milage, mint condition, certified pre owned and with a 2 year warranty.
It fits perfectly in my 3 1/2 car garage, but now I have 4 cars.

All tips welcome since I am a brand new Fisker car owner.

No. @buzinvest purchased it last week. Our other coo inferno red car is sold as well. We are currently out of CPO Karmas. Send me an email with what you are looking for in terms of color combo and I will see if we can find one.

OK, all. Now that I am a proud and very excited owner of Fisker Signature #13 , CPO(certified preowned) with a 2 year warranty; other than driving it, how do I best preserve it and enjoy being an owner of such a beautiful automobile?

Are there Fisker owner clubs that I can join? Are there clubs that I can show and share the car with? Where can I find/purchase Fisker memorabilia like: car history, hat, t shirt, polo shirt, jacket, pictures, etc, etc?

What's the best way to get to know the car, so I can answer questions when I show it, share it, etc. I would like to develop a placard or two describing the car when I show it?

Should I purchase a cover for it, where, and what kind?

Should I put a protective clear coating on the high impact areas for stones, etc?

How do I find other Fisker owners in Ohio?

How do I find out if there are other Fisker owners in The Villages, Fla?
