Folks, it is with much regret that I inform you that as of next Monday, June 18th I will no longer be listed as a Karma Authorized Customer Support Center. Karma has opted not to renew my contract. My journey with the brand began in 2011 as Fisker of Philadelphia and continued subsequently Fisker of Cherry Hill. Now I continue into the future as "EVolution Autosports" and branch outward into the growing EV market to service and develop bigger and better things for EV's.
What does this mean for my hundreds of Fisker clientele? No changes on our end for most of you. We will always continue to provide our top notch support for the Karma. The one tough part is we can no longer perform warranty repairs such as recalls or most importantly we can no longer honor the CPO warranty. I sold more Certified Karmas than all the other retailers combined. I thank the folks at (former) Fisker Automotive and Karma Automotive for the many years of support and many friendships formed over the 7+ years working together.
Again this should have little or no bearing on my continued support to Fisker owners worldwide.

Thatís very sad to hear.

TBH, I read your post initially and wasnít sure how to respond. All I know is we are fortunate to have people like you on here and doing what youíve done all these years to support Fisker owners.

Hopefully the future holds bigger and better things for you and EVolution.

Best of luck, and Iíll continue to pester you on here with my occasional dumb questions.

This is very unfortunate and does not make sense as you provided great service and are always willing to help. Glad to hear you will still be there to help and repair cars when needed.

Will this affect your ability to get parts?

I can still get parts no problems. I have plenty in stock and still able to source through various means.

My question to you is: For those of us that recently purchased CPO cars with Warranties from you, will Karma Automotive out of Troy, Michigan perform warranty repairs and will they honor the CPO Warranty?

Joe, you will always be "That Guy" who went above and beyond. For as long as I own my Fisker, you will be the one servicing it - while you still want to ... and when it's time to convert, you will be the one doing it for me -- why ? because you committed yourself to EVs and legacy fisker owners - that loyalty and hard work will never be forgotten -- besides your VERY good at what you do -- YOU WILL ALWAYS HAVE MY BUSINESS!

I am sorry to hear the news. Although I have only been a Fisker owner for a few short weeks, your professionalism exceeds the kind words articulated in this forum. I look forward to staying in touch with you as you expand your horizon in the EV market. Like others have stated you will continue to be the "got to" guy for questions, guidance, etc. Thanks for your support as I entered this unique bond of owners.

Yes your cpo warranty is valid at any authorized Karma retailer.
