Default Participating Fisker Dealers

I found the following notice titled "NOTICE OF PARTICIPATING DEALERS TO PROVIDE VEHICLE REPAIR SERVICES UNDER CUSTOMER SUPPORT PROGRAM" very interesting. To bad they don't list anything on the west coast as I'm in California.

You can see it here: http://www.omnimgt.com/cmsvol2/pub_4...96544_1196.pdf

Nothing in or around Houston? So I have to limp up to Fort Worth to get any work done on my Karma. What happened to the Austin dealership? Does anyone know if they might rejoin the team. I'm pretty sure that Sewell (Houston) will not come back to the Fisker line, which is fine with me. I probably wouldn't use them anyway after the way they abandoned us after buying from them. I'm still holding out hope that a reputable dealer will step up to carry the new Fisker vehicles in Houston. We'll see.

Having a dealer that's not close is better then no dealer.

Maybe that's true but I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and the closest official dealer is in Denver, CO. A bit of a trip for service.

Just went thru my mail after being out of town and found out that San Diego is also far from any dealer for service. Any news on the possibility of our "local" mechanic Travis being able to provide service under the warranty? The west coast is lacking even though I though quite a few were sold in CA. If I remember correctly, there was a post recently from the Santa Monica dealer about providing service. Anybody know anything about that dealer?

A lot of questions that time may help to answer.
