That would have been great advice for the original Fisker, particularly since they were spending investors' money. Waxiang, by contrast, has spent its own money to buy the company, and continues to spend its own funds to run it and to pay off disgruntled vendors and suppliers. It is a lot more likely that Waxiang can be counted on to be a good steward of its own funds and is spending wisely, than if they were raising hundreds of millions ever few months from investors. IMHO, we don't need to lecture Waxiang about fiscal prudence.

I have 146 with VIN, 36 test cars, 12 +/- frame and such. So yes I have a lot of them and will be building a lot more and shipping them in 4th qtr 2015. I do drive one every day I can. I have not completely formulated my like or dislike about the car. I will say it is one of the best looking cars i have ever seen, if not the best. I also would say my major dislike is the center stack (which we will change). I also love the interior. On a side note, I own many high end and super high end cars, WITH OUT A DOUBT I get more people stop me in the Karma and ask me about it and ask to take a picture of it then any other car I own. It is amazing at the instant WOW that the Karma brings.

"Center stack" is car-ese for the radio, heat/air-con, etc controls that sit between driver and passenger. In other words, the touch screen software. Which everyone agrees needs major overhaul...

i agree ..over all its ok but it need to be more responsive , brighter during the day
i think that could be solved with new software ( the one with white background) some have it already..
i don't use "Center stack" much the blue tooth on the karma very stable always there ( comparing it to 2013 Cayenne and panamera wont always connect) the GPS, streaming MUSIC, all through the iphone
for some reason its visible and bright during the day on ECO standard but on the ecochic is not..

Need to change the center displays polarization angle so that it's compatible with polarized sun glasses. Unfortunately this will require a new display.

I'm surprised no one reacted to this date for new Karma production reaching the market. It is 2 1/2 years away. Previous statements spoke of a Karma re-launch in mid-2015:

Everything probably has to be re-certified due to the hiatus in production and the exemption deadlines elapsing (fmvss). Most know that the Karma at this point is meaningless with regards to the role it will play in the future success of New Fisker.

I noticed it but thought that it was just expectation management. Either that, or when Fisker++ opened up the vault, they found something a lot scarier than they thought would be there.
