Default Wind Noise fix soft of

Let me give you some things I've done with the wind noise from the rear door area . The area I'm talking about is if you follow the top of the rear door panel where it meets the edge of the door . The noise is more of a fluttering sound then actually outside air entering the car .Fisker has redesigned the seals from the originally road show cars but I haven't seen a redesign since then but I can't say for sure that it has had another redesign I've spent hours trying to reduce the noise and haven't had any success as of yet .The only way I could get rid of the noise completely was to run tape around the gap of the complete door I also used a couple of special tools to locate problems like this I also tried to modify the seal using small rubber hose and place in between the seal and the body still have the problem . I feel the problem really isn't air entering the car which is a typical noise but actually air turbulence . So in short I have no repair yet and if you don't hear it in your car feel lucky people who hear it have to wait until a fix is found .That's one of the reason the radio sounds so good just turn up the volume to drown out the noise LOL . Oh yeah that's if the volume works .

at the rear of the door frame is the plug for the div bar adjustment bolt, adjust the bolt to be slightly further up and towards the ouside of the car, this will pivot the top of the div bar inwards to the body. then pull the belt molding and roll the window up and close the door. loosem the window crank bolts and push the window upwards to seat it deeper under the roof molding, then re-tighten crank bolts. do not over tighen them or it will pull the top of the window back out form the seal. this has been successful in reducing the noise to the point that its no longer audible to the driver and very faint to the passenger setting next to it. Until the seal is redesigned to cover the rear edge of the glass, or the div bar is supported the last 3/4" the potential for noise will always be there.
