Default Hard Reset

My 80yr old father has a Fisker Karma and trying to do a hard reset. I know there's a black connector located under the hood passenger side. Also know that tabs need to be squeezed and pulled apart. Unfortunately, he's having a hard time. Does anyone have a picture and exact instructions on which tabs to depress to separate the disconnect?

Much appreciated gents!

Be sure that the 12 volt battery is fully charged and in good condition.

1. Release Connector Retention Clip

2. Release Connector Contact
