Default Fault summary Karma

Hello everyone,
Having added a lot of information from one post to another, I thought it might be easier to summarize everything since I no longer have a solution for now ...
1) Steering wheel controls hs; for 4 weeks
2) Steering wheel controls + hs screen + maximum ventilation and temperature; for 3 days… ; but the car drives properly
3) After 3 days without use, impossible to open the car:
a) I plug in a booster and it restarts
b) I conclude that it does not matter and ask my mechanic to come and get the car to change the 12V battery
c) My mechanic comes to pick up the car; we plug in a booster to start it; my mechanic leaves with the car and breaks down 500m further by turning on a roundabout
d) The car that has stopped in neutral (neutral - ouff) is towed by a convenience store
 Since that day, impossible to restart the car; only the steering column works; no door open, no start button, no electric windows, no on-board instruments, no screen ...
4) My mechanic changes the battery; the car starts; my mechanic goes to try it
 The car breaks down 5 km further; always neutral
 Towing the car to the garage by a convenience store (on truck)
5) Various tests:
 Installation of an original Varta E39 battery
 Battery voltage test = 12.90V
 Voltage test between the red terminal in the motor and the earth = 12.90V
 Voltage test between the fuse box and earth = 12.90V
 Connection of a Hella Gutmann Megammak 42 diagnostic case but a priori no current therefore no communication with the car
6) Today we wanted to move the car so that it does not interfere in the garage but it is now engaged and the car is blocked
 I don't understand that she is now stuck on a gear when she was still in neutral for truck towing?
7) Miscellaneous:
a) The steering column works
b) When I plug in the orange charging cable of the HV batteries, I hear some "clack-clack" and the charger indicates that it is charging
HV HV batteries seem to charge well
c) The HV battery fuses are OK (under the rear wheelchair)
d) The fuses and relays all look OK
e) I ride with it every day
To date and since the last 12V battery change and the last towing, no current, impossible to open the car and start it.
I'm starting to despair… we're talking about vcm but I'm not sure…
I am in France and I feel very alone!
What do you think, dear specialists? 😊 Should I sell it for parts? !
Thank you,
