Default Ciu

Hello,
I put my message online again.
My fisker stayed 15 days for polishing.
When I retrieved it, the GPS and the backup camera did not work anymore, and the center console displays everything in English...
I made a reset but nothing changes.
Can you help me please.
Thanks.

Do you know if they washed the car? If so, and they used a lot of water, some may have gotten into the CIU and fried some of the board.

Yes they used water during polishing. But if the CIU still works except the GPS, the camera ... Many people tell me that we must flash the CIU with the 535 version to turn everything back on. What do you think ?

whoever is telling you that does not know what they are talking about, 535 has nothing to do with the CIU

latest CIU software came with BL510.

520, 530 & 535 had no CIU flash.

If the VCM is flashed improperly with 520 it could cause CIU losing memory issues. You need a PUMA tool and the 500/510 CIU USB stick. Or your CIU could be corrupted due to water or other; which will result in the issues you have described. If that is the case, then flashing it will just be a temporary solution until you replace it.

Thank you very much for your information. I do not have a FISKER dealer near me ... Where would I be able to find the 500/510 ?

ALWAYS wash your self with NO RINSE wash- way safer and can wash without a hose or a mess.
