Your battery is located behind the right front wheel.
You'll need to remove the wheel and a part of the wheel liner to access it.

Be careful with the cables when you pull the battery:
Itís a quick fix, but the battery feels heavy as it is a bit tricky to get it out.

Torque the lug nuts (wheel nuts) to 220 Nm.

A Interstate MTP-48 H6 battery is recommended but they are not common in Europe.
MTP-48 H6 battery delivers 730 Cold Cranking Amps (CCA).
VARTA has a reputation for a great car battery brand and VARTA E39 comes with a 760 CCA rate.

Hello everyone,
To give news, know that I therefore change the battery by the original reference (Varta E39).
The battery displays 12.8V and I also have 12.8V between the red + motor
and the mass but still no display anywhere ... impossible to start and impossible to access the OBD; the only command that works is that of the steering column! The charger tells me that the drive battery is 100% charged.
Do you think it is the electronic case with the red + 12V terminal located in the engine? (apm i think)
I have the impression that there is no more current after this box ...
Can you tell me what this electronic box is for?
A relay can be ? (all fuses are ok)
Does anyone have the function of each relay?
Thanks in advance for your advice

The HV voltage battery isn't charged by the car in any mode the only time you can increase battery voltage is in Hill mode.
You need to find out what's drawing voltage in the car or whats easier is checking the output of the APM.
I would start with checking the APM output one common draw was the CIU wasn't shutting off.
