The windshield/weatherstrip separation issue is fairly common with Karmas. For that I used 3M "Yellow Super Weatherstrip and Gasket Adhesive."
Remove the windshield wipers. Then carefully separate the weatherstrip from the windshield with a plastic putty knife. Then remove the old sealant with an appropriate solvent. If you don't remove the old sealant, you'll find yourself doing this job over and over again.
Apply the 3M product to the weatherstrip according to the instructions and tape the weatherstrip in place on the windshield. Allow it to dry overnight. When you remove the tape, there is likely to be excess sealant that oozed onto the windshield. But you can easily remove it with your fingers, much like rubber cement. Use the plastic putty knife to remove any excess sealant in places where your fingers can't reach. A light swabbing with Acetone along the edges and a cleaning rag will make the repair invisible.
While we're on the subject of sealing, see: https://www.fiskerbuzz.com/forums/14-...-silicone.html
. For the issue described here, I used 3M "Clear Auto Sealer."
