I suggest to the admins of that site, to give us a fiskerbuzz user to send PMs to, containing suggestions and hints, so it doesn't start that embarrassing...

Lucky for you, your humble moderators here are also moderating the Fisker site. But Rome was not built in a day. so please give the site a chance to settle down and settle in.

I'm not so sure we are making progress. I called the 844 number in the email to owners and received a recording.

Then I emailed, Alex, at Elite Motors OC per the CSP for my locale:

Hi Alex,

How do I go about collecting previous expenses for what should have been warranty repairs?

Ken Widelitz

Hello Mr. Widelitz,

I am not sure if that is possible but i will ask Fisker about that. Also you can try to contact them directly and see what they say. I will keep you posted as soon as i have an answer.

Thank you,

Alex Pop

Alex is a great guy and a great tech don't count on getting reimbursed for work you had to lay out money for . Please join the new site and register as an owner and post your comments so Fisker personal can read your posts

I think Im gonna just lay low til the smoke clears a bit here. I didn't mean to disappoint you owners nor mislead you to thinking April was going to be the big announcement of everything to come, it's the beginning of many things to come, and the first step in the process. Truth be told they did reveal many more things to Adam and I about what they are going to do, however it is not our place to reveal new plans but theirs. I share in your impatience on many more fronts than you can imagine, heck for Adam and I this has been much more than our car to enjoy, it's been our livelihood and then some. We've pulled our hair out with no support over the time, imagine what we expect. I get you. However, at some point there is a need to stop holding the New company accountable for the old company's failures and shortcomings. They are doing what they can to rebuild properly. I know at least 3 of the top execs of this company, it's in MUCH better hands. They aren't out looking to take your money, just support and positive direction.
As I stated I play the neutral party here and don't want to play sides cause I favor both, so I will lay low awhile (not Travis low, though, I promise)

I was speaking to Fisker people earlier VIA their cell phones. The power is out on the entire block there. I know the people scheduled to work that phone #. It's real.

I just got a call back from Cindy Bragter at 949-375-4806. She told me the New Fisker company is not responsible for repairs made outside of their CSP. My understanding of the bankruptcy requirements does not conform to that statement.

I have put a call in to Joost Berveries at 949-416-8514 who Cindy told me is her supervisor.

Well said! All of the original owners got the short end of buying a car from a start-up, we knew what the risk was, or should have. We are lucky that there even is a "New Fisker".

For my part, I've also learned that Lexus of Bellevue, the dealer I purchased from, is a complete charlatan. In my case, it wasn't just Fisker who didn't honor promises. My next car will be purchased from a real dealer, not a guy out to make a buck at all costs. And I'm happy to say that at least two people I know have opted to purchase their new luxury cars from another dealership.

@FiskerPhilly - please don't apologize. You and @Harleyguy didn't mislead anyone. You've both done everything you can (and much much more that we probably don't even know about) to keep the Fisker dream alive, and help re-start it. Catch you on the other site!
