Rear seat iPad holder?
Has anyone (with kids, probably) found an aesthetically pleasing iPad holder that would mount to the rear of the drivers or passengers seat? The original Karma prototypes had screens in the back of the front seats for the rear passengers, since the iPad came out I'm glad they didn't, but I'm still looking for a way to entertain my daughter on long car rides...

I hear you. I'm disappointed that the head rests are not separate. I would like to have dual DVD video screens to keep the kids happy.

Loving the e-life!

Yes, the 2008 demo had that. Too bad it did not come to be.

Great idea about the iPad. Now we need a member with engineering and ingenuity to design something

This iPad 2 mount features a variety of attachment options. Perhaps the "heavy duty strap" can secure it around the Karma's integrated headrest?

Thanks. They show a picture with it mounted near a front console but I can't really see the mounting point. For $50 it might be worth purchasing to play with

Rear seat iPad holder?
I was trying to avoid the strap approach, mainly because it'll annoy the driver (me!). I may just have to tell my daughter to just hold the iPad - not a big deal. She hasn't complained about not having "TV in the car" as she puts it, she's enjoying being chauffeured around in the cool car and seems to have forgotten the missing entertainment options.

It would be GREAT if Fisker could come up with some elegant solution (partner with one of these aftermarket iPad holder companies) but I fear that given the small potential sales numbers nobody will be able to justify tooling on anything mechanically solid, so it'll just be a cloth or leather holder. That said, Fisker people, if you can get a reasonably nicely designed made I'll take one!
