A proposal for all Fisker Owners...

One of the clever things you can do with this MyBB Forum system is to define your individual user profile with a username, an avatar, and some other information about yourself. By default, all members of this forum have, appropriately enough, a user title of "Member" . Take a look under my name and above the stars at the top left of this post to see what I mean. This user title is actually configurable as well.

Here's my suggestion: As a rite of passage (or a badge of honor, if you prefer) anyone who has actually taken delivery of their Fisker should define a Custom User Title set to "Owner", or perhaps "Owner: vehicle details", for example "Owner: Karma EcoSport Shadow/Glacier Tri-Tone"

This way as people peruse the forums we can see who among us is lucky enough to have one of these cars, and which people are posting with the perspective of actual experience and observation.

Whaddya think? Any of you existing owners game?


To change your Custom User Title, click on the "User CP" link at the top of any forum page, then click on "Edit Profile" on the left-hand tree pane on the resulting page. You will then be able to define your Custom User Title on the right-hand side of the page that displays.

Great Idea. I had changed mine over a couple of weeks ago to "Future Owner" indicating that mine is on the way, ordered, but not in my possession.

I've followed my own suggestion and updated my user title! I'll remind and encourage other owners to do the same.

It is better if you place your location in "Location" rather than as a Custom User Title. See LonePalmBJ and DeepOcean above for proper placement.
