Default DYNO the Karma

Has anyone actually dyno tested the Karma in Stealth and Sports? The reason I am asking is that in Sports, I can see the acceleration on the display but I do not feel the 400+ HP. I just hear the engine rev without the feeling of forward momentum. Am I spoiled by the Stealth mode? Either my Stealth mode goes really fast or my Sports mode is not up to par

You may be able to get an estimate using something like this.

No worries. I have the app on my phone but have not been able to find an empty straight flat road where I could do some acceleration testing without getting in trouble. Will keep trying and will post the results when I can do it.

It would be really interesting to try this pre and post the installation of 6.14. From another post it is possible they have improved performance with 6.14, at least in Stealth mode

I'm getting 6.14 installed tomorrow.

Dynolicious is a great app. I've been using it for about a year and a half. The key is though that it is very finicky and you can get wildly different results. You need to be sure that your phone/tablet/iPod/whatever is really locked in place to properly gauge the output of the accelerometer...

Default Finally Got a Chance to Dynolicious my Karma

Over the weekend, I finally managed to find a place where I could safely do a full power run in Stealth mode to 65 MPH and collect some data with Dynolicious. Here are the screen shots. No big surprises, but still interesting to see actual real world data. This was with a fully charged battery and two of us in the car.

I will try and do a Sport mode run under similar conditions in the near future.

Ah, the Echo Sport.

Is there some reason not to take it all the way to top speed for at least one run?

No, I just need to find a safe place to do it.
